Terms of Use

Effective: 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Publiora Indonesia ("we", "us") about using Moniora. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Moniora.

1. What Moniora is

Moniora helps you record and understand your own money. It works on your phone and calculates things like a daily allowance, budgets and regular payments from the information you give it.

2. Not financial advice

Moniora's numbers are estimates based on what you entered or what it recorded. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a bank or a licensed financial adviser. Please check important decisions with your bank statements and, where needed, a qualified professional.

3. Your data and your responsibility

  • Your information stays on your phone (see our Privacy Policy). Because we do not hold a copy, we cannot restore it if your phone is lost, reset or the app is uninstalled. Make regular backups and keep their passwords safe; we cannot recover a lost backup password.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for checking what Moniora records automatically.

4. Automatic recording and receipts

Automatic recording reads notifications that banking and payment apps show on your phone; receipt scanning reads photos. Those apps and documents are made by others and change without notice, so Moniora may miss, misread or duplicate a transaction. Always review recorded transactions. Moniora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bank, e-wallet or merchant; their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Reminders

Debt reminders open an app of your choice (such as WhatsApp, SMS or email) with a message ready. You decide whether to send it, and you are responsible for its content and for having the right to contact that person. Moniora does not send messages itself.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Moniora: do not use it for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, or in breach of others' rights; do not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it; and do not interfere with its security.

7. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Moniora on devices you own or control, under these terms. We keep all rights in the app, its design and content.

8. Test releases and paid features

Early versions may be test releases with incomplete features. If we later offer paid plans, they will be sold through the app store you use (such as Google Play), whose billing and refund terms apply; prices and what each plan includes will be shown before you buy.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or end features, and update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; important changes will also be shown in the app. If you keep using Moniora after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Moniora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information you entered, by notifications or receipts it could not read correctly, or by lost data you had not backed up. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Moniora in the 12 months before the claim (or IDR 1,000,000 / USD 50 if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ending

You can stop using Moniora at any time and delete everything with More → Your data → Delete all data. We may stop providing the app or your licence if you seriously break these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes go to the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.
